Note: A referral is not required to book. However, to claim Medicare rebates, you will need a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP.

How Long Is Each Session With Paul

Sessions typically last 50 minutes, giving ample time to explore your therapeutic needs.

Can I Use Medicare Or Private Health Insurance?

Yes. If you have a Mental Health Care Plan, you can access rebates for up to 10 sessions per calendar year through Medicare. Private health insurance rebates may also be available depending on your policy – please check with your provider.

Does Paul See NDIS Participants?

Yes, we provide tailored psychological support to NDIS participants who are self-managed or plan-managed.

What Is The Cancellation Policy At You Living You?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or missed sessions may incur a cancellation fee.
